John Wayne Cancer Foundation

New Tee art in the works for the John Wayne Cancer Foundation. I couldn’t be more thrilled and/or honored to work with them and get to create art for an American screen legend. Cool stuff!

My friends, ALO Music, are performing this New Years Eve at SOhO Restaurant and Music Venue in Santa Barbara, CA. I was asked to provide some poster and tee artwork for a Cirque du Liberation theme. Wish we could make it,but we’ll have to settle for a poster.

Artwork in the Media

It’s been a busy start to the winter. Kona Surf Film Festival is running full page ads in Surfer Magazine. And now, Backcountry Film Festival is running full page ads in Backcountry Mag, as well as, throughout the mountain lifestyle media links. And, if that wasn’t enough, Outside Magazine selected my “Ronde van Colorado” poster to be in their Holiday Gift Guide Magazine – good stuff!!

Look for this ad running in Backcountry Magazine throughout the winter months.

51 Speedshop – Boulder, Colorado

I recently worked on a new project for endurance sports master of speed, Mat Steinmetz. Build a brand/Identity for his new coaching/consulting business opening in Boulder, Co. I liked the idea of blending cycling history with the vintage appeal of the California moto shops of the 1970′s – and hence, the 51 Speedshop was born. The number 51 is considered to be lucky in the Tour de France, where during the 1970′s it was worn by several winners to include, Eddy Merckx (’69), Luis Ocana (’73), Bernard Thevenet (’75) and Bernard Hinault (’78). All of these gentlemen won their first Tour while wearing Dossard 51.

New Project: Mustache Dache

Working on a website for a new race series launching this fall in Seattle – The Mustache Dache.  They were looking for alot of illustrations witha vintage appeal for their site.

ALO 2012 Tour Tees
